Return / Exchange Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-454-3077 for an RMA number and Return Shipping Address.

After receiving your RMA, return your items in the original packaging (when possible), making sure items are packed tightly to avoid damage in transit.

Include any paperwork that was enclosed, to ensure you receive proper credit.
*
Make sure to put your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will receive a refund, less shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Items must be received in restockable condition. Replacement products will not be shipped until the original product is returned.
